Mass United Pro FC announced today it has signed Cameroonian midfielder Remy Tazifor.
The promising 22-year old signs a year contract making his first professional contract, having last played with New Hampshire Bobcats FC.
He began his career at Njala Quan Sports Academy in his homeland of Limbe playing four years there before transferring to Limbe Best Stars Academy.
Tazifor has been on trial with club and appeared in few training matches. Jim Antonakas, Mass United Pro FC owner decided to offer him yearly deal after watching him.
“Today is a very proud day for me. It has been a long time coming for me but 100 per cent, everything I have worked for so far has been
worth it for this day, I am so much grateful to Mr. Antonakas for giving me this opportunity,” Tazifor said.
Tazifor was born and raised in Limbe a town in Cameroon to a single mother. He moved to the US in 2014.
