The Ghana Bodybuilding and Fitness Association (GBFA) on Saturday 19th September 2020 met with all it’s fitness athletes (Bodybuilders, Men’s Physique, Female Bikini & Female Figure) nationwide at the media center of the Accra Sports Stadium.
The meeting touched on keys areas like the upcoming biggest bodybuilding championship in the country i.e.Man Ghana 2020, with keys emphasis on a *violence free elections*.
Also, the meeting discussed selection to the national team *(Black Muscles)*, welfare of athletes, participating in international championships in 2021 among other related topics.
President of the Ghana Bodybuilding and Fitness Association, Abdul Hayye Yartey together with other Executives took turns to explain, advice, inform as well as encourage the athletes and charged them to concentrate on their preparations towards the Man Ghana Competition 2020.
“It was more of a dialogue than a meeting because both parties came out with concerns towards the sport in general as well as the upcoming 2020 Man Ghana Competition”, Hayye Yartey mentioned.
On Tuesday, 22nd September 2020, both the Executives of the GBFA as well as the athletes will meet the press to throw more light on the theme for this year’s Man Ghana Competition *(Violence Free Elections)* and other matters.
Meeting starts at 10am prompt at the Media Centre of the Accra Sports stadium.
